News: The Supreme Court held that the state cannot impinge on the autonomy of the private unaided schools.
Supreme Court Guidelines:
It says the state cannot dictate the fees structure on the private unaided schools in the name of pandemic.
This is the breach of autonomy of the private unaided schools.
State has a power to control their prices and fees only if they are indulging in profiteering and commercialisation.
State cannot stop the schools from charging just and reasonable fees.
