Telecom companies including Airtel, vodafone, jio, MTNLare tying up with Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung and C-DOT for the trials
Chinese companies have not been made a part of the trials amid the security concerns.
The trials will also be conducted in rural and semi-urban areas as well.
